Ingredients

 

  • 1 bowl hurda & 1 bowl wheat flour
  • 4 green chillies, 1 garlic, 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ajwain, Salt as per taste, 1/2 spoon turmeric
  • 1 spoon red chilli powder, 3 spoon white sesame seeds, 1 onion ,1/2 bowl coriander
  • 1/4 cup Curd (plain yogurt)

Directions

 

  • Grind the hurda in a mixer. Grind the green chilies, garlic, and salt into a coarse paste without water.
  • Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough. Cover and allow it to rest for 10-15 mins. Then take a rolling pin, and place the Oddy Ecobake paper.
  • Place a dough ball, and with help of your fingers, spread the dough into the shape of a round chapati.
  • Wet the fingertips in water and spread the dough. The dhapate can be thin or thick.
  • Make three holes in the dhapate for easy frying. Now heat the pan, grease it with oil, place the dhapate and fry on both sides will golden brown and well cooked.
