About the Recipe

This recipe shows how to make the tastiest and fluffiest cake with easy sunflower decoration. This designer cake can be made for special occasions. The Ecobake cooking paper circles are used in the recipe to make a non-sticky and fluffy cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Powdered sugar-3/4 cup & Fresh curd-1/2 cup
  • Oil-1/4 cup & Vanilla essence -1 tsp
  • Milk-3 tbsp & Maida – 1 cup
  • Milk powder -2 tbsp & Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking soda -1/4 tsp & Vinegar -1 tsp
  • Cold Whipping cream -1+ ¼ cup
  • Yellow, Black & Green food colour

Directions

 

  • Mix the powdered sugar and curd in a bowl and mix well. Add oil, vanilla essence, and milk, and whisk well. Add the dry ingredients to it and mix well. Add vinegar to it, and the cake batter is ready.
  • Transfer the batter into a circular baking pan lined with EcoBake cooking paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees. Now the cake is ready after 35 minutes. Let it cool and cut into 3 layers.
  • Beat whipping cream in a bowl until you get stiff peaks. Frost the cake with sugar syrup and whipping cream. Repeat the process for three layers. Complete the frosting as shown. Turn the cake top forward.
  • Apply frosting and decorate with yellow, black, and green whipping cream as shown. Now our top-forward sunflower decoration cake is ready to taste.
