Iced Chocolate Cookie Cake

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 Cup butter & 1/4 Cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 Cup wheat flour & 1/4 Cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp cooca powder & 1/4 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 Tsp baking soda, 1/8 Tsp salt & 1 Tsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts & 1 Cup chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp cream & Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle

Directions

 

  • Melt dark chocolate and butter in a bowl using the double boiler method. Add wheat flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt through a sieve.
  • Mix well to prepare the chocolate cookie dough. Add the chopped walnuts and 1 tablespoon of milk to the dough and mix well. Take small portions of dough and make them into small balls.
  • Flatten the dough and place it on a perforated plate lined with an Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circle.Bake the cookies in a preheated kadai for 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the icing by melting chocolate and cream in a bowl using the double boiler method. Transfer the chocolate frosting to a piping bag.
  • Once the cookies are baked and completely cooled, decorate them with chocolate swirls. Garnish the cookie cakes with colourful sprinkles.
