- Now, add chopped onion, coriander leaves and crushed potato chips. Alternatively you may use mathri as well.
- Now take the bread slices and apply some butter on them. Additionally apply some mayonnaise as well.
- Sprinkle Jeerawan Masala on these slices. Now spread the potato masala evenly on them. Cover and press it. Now grill these sandwiches on a tawa or griller on a high flame till they are crisp.
- Remove from tawa/griller after they are crispy brown on both sides. Now, apply some tomato sauce. If you wish for a spicy version, add little chilli sauce and spread it as well.
- Sprinkle some jeerawan masala over the ketchup. Now cut this sandwich into four equal pieces. Now top it with some mixture and pomegranate seeds.
- Now garnish it with grated processed cheese. Now, using a piping bag made out of Oddy Ecobake, add mayonnaise for a creamy texture and serve.
