Indulgent Choco Peanut Sandwich Pastry At Home

Ingredients

 

  • 1/4 Cup sugar powder & 1/4 Cup fresh curd
  • 2 Tbsp oil & 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder & 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 100 gm dark chocolate & 2 Tbsp hot milk
  • Roasted peanuts, melted chocolate & golden sugar

Directions

 

  • Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl, sieve the dry ingredients, and combine the wet and dry ingredients together. Add milk gradually to adjust the consistency of the batter and transfer the batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake baking paper.
  • Bake the cake for 20 minutes on a stove in a pre-heated kadai. Switch off the stove once the skewer comes out of the cake clean. Put dark chocolate in a bowl and add 2 tbsp of hot milk. Add crushed and roasted peanuts to the melted chocolate.
  • Level the cake's top and cut it into two halves and square pieces.Apply the peanut chocolate mixture and crushed roasted peanuts between the two pieces. Take melted chocolate in a bowl, dip it in and coat it with chocolate on all sides. Garnish with melted chocolate and golden sugar, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
