Ingredients
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Cashew nuts , Almonds - 1/3 Cup
- Wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Melted butter or ghee or vegetable oil - 1Teaspoon
- vanilla Essence- 2-3 drops
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Baking Soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- A pinch of salt
Directions
- Grind the jaggery and cut the nuts.
- Add 3/4 th cup of curd, melted butter,2 drops of vanilla essence, and 1/2 cup of jaggery to a bowl, mix it well until it forms a batter consistency.
- To prepared batter add 1 cup of wheat flour and mix it well.
- To the thick batter slowly add a cup of milk by continuous mixing.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix it well.
- Add nuts to the batter, line cupcake tray with Oddy ecobake parchment paper paper and place the batter in cupcake moulds, garnish it with nuts.
- Bake it at 180 degrees C for 30mins.
- Serve with love.
