Kitkat Oreo Cake

About the Recipe

Today we are going to learn how to make a birthday cake with just 4 ingredients. You can make this cake for special occasions or any festivals too, as it is beginner-friendly and wouldn’t take much of your time. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cake in a cake mold without greasing it, and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Oreo - 226 gm & Milk - less than 1/2 cup
  • Eno - 3/4 tsp, Milk - 1 tbsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Whipping cream - 1 cup & Dark chocolate compound - 60 to 70 gm
  • Milk - 1/4 cup & Kitkat - 2 packs
  • 1 tbsp sugar + water - 1/4 cup + ganache - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • 3 to 4 tbsp dark chocolate & Chocolates + cookies for garnishing

Directions

 

  • Take 226 grams of Oreo biscuits and grind them in a mixer jar. Transfer the remaining biscuit powder to a bowl.  
  • Add milk to the ground biscuit powder to prepare the cake batter. Add eno to the batter, add a little milk over it, and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake in a preheated tawa with a pressure cooker covering it for 30 minutes.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts. Place the first layer of cake on the cake board and soak it with chocolate sugar syrup.
  • Apply whipping cream to the first layer of the cake, some chocolate ganache, and garnish with chopped kitkat as shown.
  • Repeat the same process for the other two layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with whipping cream.
  • Decorate a part of the cake with chocolate ganache and garnish it with chocolates and cookies of your choice.
  • In the meantime, melt 3 to 4 tbsp of dark chocolate and let it dry on a sheet as shown. Cut the dried chocolate melt into 3 circles.
  • You can use these pieces to garnish it according to special occasions as required.
