Make this chocolate brownie for Diwali

About the Recipe

In this recipe, we can learn how to make a tasty and spongy chocolate brownie loaded with nuts that takes less time to make. The Ecobake cooking paper circles used in this recipe help the brownie cook evenly without sticking to the bottom of the mould.

Ingredients

 

  • Refined flour-100 gm & Butter-120 gm
  • Dark chocolate-160 gm & Condensed milk—40 gm
  • Coco powder-30 gm & Sugar-120 gm
  • Milk-200 ml & Corn flour-10 gm
  • Baking powder-2 gm & Chopped Walnuts

Directions

 

  • Mix unsalted butter and dark chocolate in a bowl. You have two options: double boil or microwave for 60-90 seconds. Add lukewarm milk to the mixture. Add condensed milk that is at room temperature to this and mix well.
  • Then add sugar,maida,cocoa powder, and baking powder and sieve them into the mixed batter. Now mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Add walnuts to the mixed batter. Pour the mixed batter into a baking mould lined with ecobake cooking paper circle.
  • In a preheated oven, bake the brownie for 25–30 minutes. Now the brownie is ready to be cut into the desired size after refrigerating for 1-2 hrs. Done,our tasty and spongy chocolate brownie is ready to taste.
