Make This Marble Cake Without Cocoa Powder

About the Recipe

Marble cake is made with swirls of normal cake batter and chocolate cake batter. Today we are going to make the chocolate baking batter without cocoa powder. You do not need an oven or eggs to bake this marble cake. This can be baked on a non-stick pan using Ecobake cooking paper to get the perfect shape for your cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Maida or refined flour- 1 cup Or 150g
  • Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp
  • Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50ml
  • Milk- 1/2 cup or 100ml+ 1 tbsp
  • Oreo biscuits- 10 & Vanilla essence- 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder- 1 tsp+ 1/2tsp & Baking soda- 1/4tsp
  • Salt-1/4tsp & Water- 1/4 cup

Directions

 

  • By combining the wet and dry ingredients, make the white cake batter. Two packages of Oreo cookies should be ground in a mixer jar before being combined with water and baking powder. The chocolate batter is so prepared.
  • To a nonstick pan lined with Ecobake cooking paper, add 2 tablespoons of the white batter and 2 tablespoons of the chocolate batter alternately. To create a marble look, swirl the white batter and chocolate batter together using a knife or toothpick.
  • Place the pan on a tawa that has been warmed for five minutes over medium heat. After setting the pan, give it 20 to 25 minutes to bake. After 20 minutes, turn off the stove once a clean toothpick comes out of the cake. Allowing the cake to cool and cut it into pieces to serve.
