Mango Glass Cake

Soft and spongy mango cake that you can prepare in a glass, without oven. Enjoy this delicious cake at your home.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 Ripe mango
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 pieces elaichi seeds
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp tutti frutti

Directions

 

  • Take 1 Ripe mango and take out the pulp
  • Add the pulp in a jar along with 1/3 cup sugar and 2 pieces elaichi seeds. Churn and make puree
  • Now pour the puree in a bowl and add 3 tbsp oil. Whisk and mix.
  • Add 1 cup Maida, 3 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Seive and add to the puree. Mix well.
  • Gradually add 3 tbsp milk and mix. Add 2 tbsp tutti frutti and mix well to get a smooth batter.
  • Take Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and line 2 steels glasses with it.
  • Pour the batter and fill 3/4 of the glass and add tutti frutti on the top.
  • Preheat cooker for 5 minutes and place the glasses inside it. Cover and bake at low flame for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, insert a wooden stick to ensure it is baked properly. After it is cooled completely, De-mould it and remove baking paper.
  • Cut into pieces and enjoy this yummy cake.
