Mawa Without Milk and Condensed Milk

Try this instant mawa recipe without any milk or condensed milk. We used milk powder to make the mawa instead of milk. It’s a quick recipe and tastes and smells amazing. Ecobake parchment paper helps in getting the perfect shape for your mawa without greasing and it helps to demould your mawa easily.

Ingredients

 

  • Water – 1 cup
  • Milk powder – 2 cup
  • Sugar – 1/3rd cup
  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
  • Chopped almonds & pistachios

Directions

 

  • Take a pan, add ghee to it and let it melt. Once the ghee melts, add water and milk powder to it. Once the milk powder combines well with water, add sugar to the pan and mix everything well.
  • Add cardamom powder to the milk powder and sugar mixture to add aroma. Mix everything well and cook until it becomes a thick paste. Take a mould and line it with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle some chopped nuts on the Ecobake. Transfer the mawa to the mould and let it cool down. Once the mawa thickens and takes the shape of a mould, demould it. Cut the mawa into small pieces and enjoy.
