Ingredients

 

  • 175 grams milk
  • 125 grams milk powder
  • 80 grams sugar
  • Pink gel
  • Silver vark and chopped pistachio

Directions

 

  • In a pan add 175 grams milk, 125 grams milk powder, 80 grams sugar and mix well.
  • Place the pan on the stove and cook until it thickens and mawa is ready.
  • Place it on a plate and separate 1/3th portion of mawa and add 1 drop pink gel and mix well.
  • Place the 3/4th mawa on Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and roll slightly thick and cut the edges.
  • Roll the pink mawa with hands and keep it in the center of the white mawa. Fold and cover completely and remove the extra layer.
  • Roll and make the surface smooth. Cut into two parts. Then roll and make it thin.
  • Apply silver vark. Cut into small cylinder shapes. Coat with chopped pistachio.
