Ingredients
- Rice Flour - 1.5 Cups
- Bombay Rava - 1.5 Tbsp
- Jeera - 1 Spoon
- Salt To Taste
- Onion - 1
- Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) - Few
- Curry Leaves (Finely Chopped) - Few
- Capsicum(Finely Chopped) - 1/2 No.
- Carrot(Grated) - 1 No.
- Green Chilli (Finely Chopped) - 2
- Oil - 1 Tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Directions
- Add rice flour, bombay rava, jeera, Salt to a bowl.To that bowl, add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, grated carrot, finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped green chilli. Mix all the dry ingredients without adding water.
- Now add water as required and make it into a soft dough.
- In a kadai, add 1 tbsp of oil, few mustard seeds. When mustard seeds splutter, add this seasoning to the mixture in the bowl and mix it nicely.
- Take orange size dough and flatten it evenly on the Oddy Ecobake. Now cook the akki rotti. Evenly cook both size till brown spots appear. Add 1-2 spoons of oil if desired
- Alternately you can flatten the rotti directly on tawa or kadai and cook it .
- Enjoy this akki rotti with curd or pickle or chutney pudi.
