Ingredients

 

  • Cake batter & Oddy Ecobake
  • Whipping cream, Pink & Green food gel
  • Sugar syrup, Mixed fruit crush & Golden sugar balls

Directions

 

  • Prepare cake batter and transfer it to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 35 minutes in a preheated kadai on the stove. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three equal parts.
  • Place the first cake layer on a cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipping cream on top of it and spread well. Spread the mixed fruit crush evenly over the whipping cream.
  • Repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with whipping cream. Make a rippled pattern on the sides of the cake with a silicon brush as shown.
  • Make a flower on the tip of a straw with pink cream using a rose nozzle. Place the roses on the border of the cake made with whipping cream.
  • Make leaf patterns on both sides of the cake with green cream using a piping bag with a v-cut. Make shells at the bottom of the cake using a star-shaped nozzle. Decorate the cake with golden sugar balls at the centre of the cake.
