About the Recipe
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but every morning we take a long time to decide what to prepare for this meal. I am sharing new recipe with you to try out on your next breakfast. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to cook and it is super duper delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sooji
- ½ Cup Curd
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 4-5 Green Chili’s
- 1 Cup water
- Salt
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- Oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- Asafetida (Hing)
- Curry leaves
Directions
- Take one bowl of Sooji and stiff well
- In a mixer, jar add Sooji and ½ cup curd
- Cut ginger into small pieces and add green chili’s
- Add water and salt as per sooji’s quantity and grind well
- Now stiff the batter well
- Next in the stiffed batter add chili flakes, and fresh coriander (chopped), and mix well
- Take a dhokla/idli tray place Oddy Ecobake cooking paper in it and transfer the batter as per the thickness you prefer
- Now, in one kadhai add 4-5 glasses of water and place one Katori/stand then place the tray on top of the Katori and close the kadhai with the lid
- Let it cook for 3 Minutes, once cooled remove the Ecobake paper
- Next cut the roti into broad strips and later roll the strip one by one
- Take frying pan add some oil, Mustard seeds, 2 pinches of Hing (asafoetida), 2-3 green chili’s diced small, 10-20 curry leaves then add those roles to it and on top sprinkle fresh coriander leaves (chilli flakes optional)
- Now fry for 1-2 minutes and ready to serve
