No Cook Festive Sweet Recipe

About the Recipe

Enjoy preparing and eating this easy, very tasty, and quick sweet recipe for the next festive season. This is prepared without milk, mawa, ghee, condensed milk, or any other fancy ingredient. Oddy Ecobake allows you to spread and set the sweet without having to grease the mold.

Ingredients

 

  • Tiger crunch biscuits - 200 gm & Milk powder - 4 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - t tbsp & Dessicated coconut - 4 tbsp
  • Chopped nuts, Oddy Ecobake & Chilled milk/malai

Directions

 

  • Grind the biscuits into a fine powder in a mixer jar. Transfer it to a bowl and add powdered sugar, milk powder, and desiccated coconut to it.
  • Add the chopped nuts and mix everything well. Prepare the dough by mixing chilled milk or malai with the biscuit and nut mixture.
  • Transfer it to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Let it set for a while. Demold the sweet and cut it into small pieces. Your burfi is ready!
