Palak Paneer with Chapati

About the Recipe

Palak paneer, which is made from spinach leaves cooked in a gravy along with cottage cheese, can be served along with chapati wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps, which keep food fresh and hot. Also, you can keep the food fresh and hygienic for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Spinach-500 g & Onion-1 (medium sized) +1
  • Garlic-6 to 7 pods & Ginger-1 inch
  • Tomato & Green chilli
  • Black Cardamom & Bay leaf
  • Cinnamon & Cumin seeds
  • Red chilli powder & Coriander powder
  • Garam masala & Cottage cheese & water
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Clean and blanch spinach in a pan along with onions and salt for 5-7 minutes. Strain and wash with cold water, and keep the water aside. Grind the onion, garlic, and ginger. Also grind tomatoes and chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add black cardamom, bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin seeds, and ground onion paste; stir well. Then add spice powders, salt, and ground tomato paste; stir well. Add cottage cheese.
  • Grind the spinach into a paste. Add this paste to the gravy and stir well, adding some water. Check the salt and adjust the taste. Pour cream on top. Pack it in a glass container.
  • Serve it along with chapati wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps to keep it fresh and hot for a long time; it can be reheated if needed.
