Paneer Bhurji

About the Recipe

Paneer Bhurji is a popular and delicious recipe made from crumbled paneer (Cottage Cheese). This recipe is very easy to make. Crumbled paneer is added to sautéed base of onions, tomatoes and spices. Serve it with chapatis packed in Oddy Uniwraps.

  • Paneer: 200 gms & Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 Tsp & Green Chilli - 1 No.
  • Onion - 1 No. & Tomato - 1 No.
  • Chilli Powder- 1 tsp & Jeera Powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1 tsp & Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Paste - 1 tsp & Coriander Leaves
  • Salt To Taste & Oddy Uniwraps



  • Grate the paneer. In a kadhai, take some oil and add jeera. Put in some green chillies and finely chopped onion. Now saute it for a while.
  • Add 1 chopped tomato now. Then add all the spices like chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and jeera powder. Mix this well.
  • Add 2 tbsp of water to this and mix it. Add ginger garlic paste and all the grated paneer. Mix it well.
  • Now add Kasuri Methi and fresh coriander leaves. Tasty Paneer Bhurji is ready.
  • Serve it with hot chapatis and pack it for tiffin in Oddy Uniwraps.
