Paneer Chingaari With Rotis

About the Recipe

Make this paneer chingaari recipe as a side dish for your roti. The base of this gravy is made by grinding paneer and milk. Using Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping your rotis to keep them fresh and soft. It also prevents the rotis from becoming soggy.

Ingredients

 

  • Cottage cheese - 100 gm & Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 1 tbsp & Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp & Onion - 1 medium
  • Coriander leaves, Kasuri Methi & Salt
  • Coriander masala - 1 tsp & Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Black powder - 1/2 tsp & Ghee/oil - 1 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi, Paneer & Seesame seeds
  • Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, maggi masala & salt

Directions

 

  • Grind together cottage cheese and milk in a mixer jar to make a puree. Heat the oil in a pan; add the cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, and onion and sauté well.
  • Then add coriander leaves, kasuri methi, salt, coriander masala, and garam masala to the pan and cook well. Add the paneer milk puree to the pan and cook for a while.
  • Make fried paneer by frying paneer in oil or ghee along with kasuri methi, seesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, maggi masala, and salt.
  • Transfer this fried paneer to the base and cook well to make the paneer chingaari. Take a piece of Uniwraps paper foil and pack your rotis in it before packing your lunch box.
