Paneer Tikka Frankie

About the Recipe

A Frankie roll is a chapati filled with vegetables tossed in masala, topped with onions, sauce, and mayonnaise. It is a popular street food in India. You can pack it for your kids’ lunch or make it for your friends’ and family’s gatherings. The Oddy Uniwraps paper is used in the recipe to wrap half of the roll so that the stuffing does not come out and to keep them fresh if packed.
