Ingredients
- 15 Cashew Nuts(Soaked)
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 tsp plain salt
- ¼ tsp black salt
- 6-7 White Pepper
- Ginger Garlic
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 300 gms of cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp cream
Directions
- Transfer the soaked cashews to the mixer jar and add cardamom seeds, both type of salts, white pepper, Ginger and garlic, milk and corn flour to the jar. Give it a run and make a smooth paste of it.
- Take Cottage cheese, cut it into pieces and pour the mixture into the bowl containing cheese pieces, you can also add 1 tbsp of cream if you like and mix them properly. Let the cheese marinate for at least 15 mins.
- Transfer the cheese pieces into an air fryer tray which is lined with Oddy ecobake perforated liners for cooking and baking. Cook them for 8-10 mins 200 degree celsius.
- After 10 mins take it out, serve it with mango chutney and enjoy.
