Make This Chocolate Chip Cookies For Tea Time Snacks

About the Recipe

Make these delicious chocolate chip cookies with semi-sweet chocolate chips. These can be baked in under 15 minutes and are chewy and crunchy. Ecobake parchment paper helps in getting the perfect shape for your cookies without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 ¼ cup
  • Unsalted Butter - 100 grams soft
  • Brown Sugar – ½ cup & Sugar – ½ cup
  • Egg - 1 & Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Salt a pinch & Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, take butter, add brown sugar and white sugar, and mix well. Add one whole egg to the same bowl, whisk and mix well.
  • Add maida, baking soda, vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, and semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies and mix well. The cookie dough is ready now.
  • Take a cookie tray lined with Ecobake parchment paper. Arrange scoops of cookie dough on the tray with enough space for them to spread.
  • Pre-heat the oven and place the cookie tray in it. Bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 minutes at 180 deg C.
  • Remove the cookie tray from the oven. Place 4 to 5 chocolate chips on the cookies when they are soft and hot. Cool them in a cooling tray, then serve and enjoy the biscuits.
