Try This Vermicelli Barfi For Raksha Bandhan

Try this unique vermicelli barfi recipe for this Raksha Bandhan and make your family members happy. You can make this recipe with semiya or vermicilli, chopped nuts and condensed milk. Ecobake helps in getting perfect shape to your barfi without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Semiya
  • 1½ teaspoons Lemon juice
  • ½ cup - Condensed milk
  • Chopped almonds and pistachio

Directions

 

  • Take a pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee and roast semiya and chopped dry fruits for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Let the vermicelli turn to light brown colour and then add 1/2 cup of condensed milk to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well until it becomes like a thick dough.
  • Take a tray, line it with Ecobake cooking paper and spread the vermicelli barfi dough. Let it cool down and cut into small pieces.
