Paneer Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients

 

  • 100 gms French Beans
  • 60 gm Curd
  • Salt
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chili powder

Directions

 

  • Cut the french beans into large slices and boil them in a pan for about 10 mins.
  • Take a container, add 60 gm of curd, all the spices, capsicum, Onion, boiled beans and paneer into it and mix it properly and put it in the refrigerator for marination for about 2 hrs.
  • Take a pan and line it with an Oddy Ecobake Cooking and Baking Paper tray, so that you don’t have to use oil for cooking which makes your recipe more healthy.
  • Transfer the marinated vegetables into the lined pan, cover the pan and cook for 10 mins.
  • After 10 mins, your high protein Paneer Vegetables stir fry recipe is ready to serve.
