Ingredients

  • 500gm rice flour & 10gm papad khar
  • Water - 1500 ml & 20gm sendha namak
  • 1 tsp cumin & 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tbsp chilli paste & 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Oddy Ecobake Non-stick Liners

Directions

  • Combine rice flour and papad khar in a mixing bowl. Take water in a bowl, add all the mentioned masalas to it, and stir well. Heat this water and switch off the stove when it starts boiling.
  • Add the mixed flour to the water and mix well. Transfer this mixture to your kitchen surface and mix well to prepare the dough. Make the dough into small balls, flatten them, and make a hole at their centre.
  • Steam these flattened balls in a perforated bowl lined with an Oddy Ecobake Perforated Liner. Once the balls are steamed, transfer them to a plate or sheet. Mix them well, and prepare a dough.
  • Take a portion of the dough and flatten it into a thin chapati as shown. Make similar thin chapatis with the remaining dough and arrange them on a plate or a sheet. After one or two days of drying, your rice papad will be ready!
