Eggless Blueberry Marble Cake

A marble cake is a cake in which there are two flavors. Today we are going to give a twist to the marble cake with blueberries. Oddy Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterward.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup maida & 1/3rd cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond flour & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda & 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp refined oil and 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp blueberry essence & 3 nos cream biscuits
  • 1/4 cup blueberries & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Add dry ingredients along with sugar to a mixing bowl. Add the wet ingredients one by one to the same bowl and mix well to prepare the cake batter.
  • Add crushed biscuits and blueberries to the cake batter and give them a good mix. Transfer half of the batter to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Add blueberry emulsion to the other half of the batter and combine well. Transfer the remaining batter to the cake mould.
  • Preheat a kadai with wirestand on it for 10 minutes on medium to high flame. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in the kadai.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, demould it. Remove the Oddy Ecobake. Your blueberry marble cake is ready!
