Ingredients

 

  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Potato - 1
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Wash and soak rice in water for two hours.Grind the soaked rice into a paste in a mixer jar.
  • Add a boiled and mashed potato to the rice paste to prepare the batter.Add salt, cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, and onions to the batter.
  • Fry small fritters in hot oil to make punugulu.Place them on the Oddy Ecobake to keep them fresh and crispy.
