  • Now cut the top and side brown edges of the cake. Cut it into three equal layers. Now place a layer, and moisten it with rasmalai milk.
  • Now add whipping cream mixed with rasmalai essence, pour on it the rasmalai and white chocolate ganashe. (for chocolate and rasmalai ganache use melted white chocolate and rasmalai milk)
  • Now squeeze the rasmalai milk from the rasmalai and break it into small pieces and put it in the layer on the whipped cream. Add a little more rasmalai white chocolate ganashe through a pipping bag.
  • Now add the next layer of sliced cake. Now cover the sides with whipped cream. Then repeat the steps again till the last layer.
  • After all the layers are completed, then do the whole cake icing by whipped cream. Even the top and sides of the cake.
  • With a traingle scrapper, make a curly circle texture on the sides of the cake. Then with a pump, spray golden shimmer on the top of the cake.
  • The using a piping bag filled with whipped cream, create frills on the top sides of the cake in a zig zag line. For frills use large U-shaped nozzle.
  • Using a star nozzle and piping bag, make small rosses (yellow colour) on the white frills. Then create red (pinkish) rosses near the yellow rose.
