Roasted Baby Potatoes in an Oven

Roasted baby potatoes are one of everyone’s favorite dishes. It is very simple to make and requires less oil as we are going to make them today in an oven. Oddy Ecobake is used to bake baby potatoes without greasing the baking tray. Hence, there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

Baby potatoes - 500 gm & Oil - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp & Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp & turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt, Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Boil potatoes in water and drain the excess water. Prepare the infused oil by adding the remaining ingredients to it.
Take a baking plate lined with the Oddy Ecobake. Arrange the baby potatoes on the baking tray and slightly press them with a spoon.
Apply the infused oil to the potatoes and coat them with it. Bake the baby potatoes in an oven at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes in the upper part.
Take the tray out and bake them again by placing them in the lower part of the oven for 10 minutes. Your roasted potatoes are ready!
