Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
- Chopped almonds and pista
Directions
- Take 500 ml cold milk in a kadhai to boil. ( take 7-8 tsp of raw milk seperately before it boils). Boil the rest in medium flame.
- Add 2 tbsp corn flour in the raw milk and mix well and keep it aside
- Now add 2 tbsp sugar to the boiled milk and add 2 tbsp rose syrup and stir well. Then add the corn flour and milk mixture to the boiled milk and cook at low flame till it thickens.
- Switch off the gas and add chopped almonds and pista and mix well. Kulfi mixture is ready. Let it cool down.
- Line a glass with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper. Then add the kulfi mixture to the glass. Cover the glass with foil and freeze for 6-8 hours until it sets.
- Once it's set, remove from the glass. Cut and enjoy this tasty kulfi.
