Selfie Mirror Pineapple Cake

Today, we are going to make the latest popular trending Selfie Mirror Cake in pineapple flavour. The cake flavour is fantastic and simple to make. Without greasing the mould, Oddy Ecobake enables you to bake the cake in a precise shape. Additionally, it facilitates and makes cake demolding simple.

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla cakepremix - 400gm, Oil - 4 tbsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Water - 1 cup + 2 tbsp & Pineapple emulsion - 1 tsp
  • Pineapple cake filling & Pineapple juice & 1 tbsp sugar
  • Whipped cream, Bazooka pink & Ice blue food gel colour

Directions

 

  • Prepare the cake batter by mixing the cake premix with water and oil. Once the lump-free batter is ready, transfer it to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 45 minutes in a preheated kadai.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the top of the cake and divide it into three equal parts. Place the first layer of the cake, soak it with pineapple sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream to it.
  • Sprinkle pineapple cake filling over the whipped cream. Place another cake layer on top of it, and repeat the same process for the remaining cake layers. Crumb-coat the cake and then frost the cake completely with the remaining whipped cream.
  • Place the selfie mirror on top of the cake. Decorate the border of the cake with a braided pattern using a C13 nozzle and blue cream. Make rosettes on a skewer using a Noor 36 nozzle and pink cream.
  • Make a flower border at the bottom of the cake using a small star-shaped nozzle and pink and white-shaded cream. Decorate the cake with golden sugar balls. Your selfie mirror cake is ready. Don't forget to take a selfie with the cake before cutting it.
