Roti With Aloo Matar Sabji

 

About the Recipe

Aloo matar sabji is one of the delicious North Indian curries made with potatoes, green peas, spices, and herbs. This can be served along with jeera rice, poori, or roti. It is an instant recipe that can be made for a lunch box. The rotis are wrapped in grease-proof and moisture-balancing Oddy Uniwraps to keep them fresh and hygienic for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Potato & Fresh green peas & Oil
  • Cumin & Tomato & Asafoetida
  • Coriander powder & Kashmiri Chilli powder & Salt
  • Turmeric powder & Pav bhaji masala
  • Water & Butter -1 tbsp
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin and let it splutter, and add asafoetida.
  • Then add peas, chopped potatoes, and chopped tomatoes to it and stir well.
  • Now add the salt, spice powders one by one and stir well to combine. Add water to adjust consistency.
  • Cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Add butter and pav bhaji masala and switch off the flame.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on it. Serve aloo matar sabji with rotis packed in Oddy Uniwraps for the lunch box.
