Simple and Quick Aloo Chips

About the Recipe

Try this yummy potato and rice flour chips with just two potatoes. It can be made in just 5 minutes without much effort. This is a perfect, crispy snack recipe for kids after school. The Ecobake helps in flattening the dough without getting stuck to the kitchen workstation.

  • Boiled potatoes – 2
  • Salt as per taste
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour – 1 cup
  • Warm water – ¼ cup



  • Grind two boiled potatoes in a mixer jar and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add salt, corn flour, and rice flour to the potato mixture and mix well. Add warm water to the mixture and make it into a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into three equal parts. Take one portion of the dough and spread it on a piece of Ecobake cooking paper. Place another piece of Ecobake cooking paper on top and flatten it using a rolling pin.
  • Prick holes using a fork in the dough and cut it into smaller circles. Fry the aloo circles in hot oil in batches on a medium flame and serve them hot.
