About the Recipe
This recipe is a healthy and delicious option for roti at an Indian meal. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
- Spinach / Palak - 3 cups chopped roughly
- Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cups + more for rolling
- Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves peeled
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water - ½ cup
- Paneer- 1cup
- Tomato sliced
- Onions sliced
Directions
- Take spinach, garlic, water in a sauce pan and cook till it is wilted and the water has dried up.
- Cool this and take this in a blender and puree it.
- Take wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Slowly add water as needed and knead to a soft dough.
- Now apply oil over the dough and let it rest for 30 mins.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it thinly.
- Cook it on both sides on a hot tawa and apply mayonise, add panner stuff (stuff which has paneer,onion and tomatoes).
- Wrap and roll it with oddy uniwrpas parchment paper which maintains the chapati's soft and smooth texture. Have a bite with love.
