Spinach Chapati With Stuffed Paneer

This recipe is a healthy and delicious option for roti at an Indian meal. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Spinach / Palak - 3 cups chopped roughly
  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 2 cups + more for rolling
  • Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves peeled
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Paneer- 1cup
  • Tomato sliced
  • Onions sliced

Directions

  • Take spinach, garlic, water in a sauce pan and cook till it is wilted and the water has dried up.
  • Cool this and take this in a blender and puree it.
  • Take wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Slowly add water as needed and knead to a soft dough.
  • Now apply oil over the dough and let it rest for 30 mins.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it thinly.
  • Cook it on both sides on a hot tawa and apply mayonise, add panner stuff (stuff which has paneer,onion and tomatoes).
  • Wrap and roll it with oddy uniwrpas parchment paper which maintains the chapati's soft and smooth texture. Have a bite with love.
