Sizzling Brownie

Try this super easy coffee flavor Sizzling Brownie at home. This recipe is eggless, which makes it best for small gatherings and parties. Try this recipe at home, made using easily available ingredients and take fairly less time.

Ingredients

 

  • For Brownie:
  • 80 gms Dark Compound Chocolate
  • 50 gms Butter
  • ½ cup curd
  • ¾ Cup powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ¾ Cup All purpose flour
  • 2-3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • Chopped Walnuts
  • For Chocolate Sauce:
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

 

  • Take a mixing bowl and add 80 gms of dark chocolate compound and 50 gms of butter. Microwave them for 30 sec and whip them till it gets smooth and shiny. Add ½ cup of curd and ¾ cup of Sugar. Whip them properly, then add 1 tsp of vanilla essence and whip it properly.
  • In the same bowl, sieve ¾ cup of all purpose flour, 2-3 tbsp of cocoa powder, and baking powder. Give it a good mix and gradually add milk to maintain the thickness. Add some chopped walnuts or any other dry fruits.
  • Take a baking tin and line it using Brown Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper, and pour in the batter. Spread the batter evenly using spatula and top it with some more walnuts and choco chips.
  • Bake it for 30 mins in the microwave. After 30 mins, take out the baked brownie from the microwave, and cut it into pieces
  • To make chocolate sauce, in a pan take 1 cup of water and ½ cup of sugar. Now add ¼ cup of sweetened cocoa powder and mix them properly.
  • Add corn flour slurry into boiling mixture of cocoa powder, and stir it continuously. When it starts to get thick, add 1 tbsp of butter and mix it properly.
  • Now take a sizzler plate, heat it and serve chocolate brownie as shown in the video.
  • Don't forget to add a large scoop of vanilla ice cream and some strawberries, and your sizzling brownie is ready
