Quick and Easy,make Soft and Spongy Chocolate Marble Idli Cake in 15 minutes!! With simple recipe and easily available ingredients, this recipe is eggless and can be made easily without a microwave oven.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup - Maida
- 1/3 Cup - Fresh Curd
- 1/4 Cup - Oil
- 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp - Sugar Powder
- 1 Pinch - Salt
- 2 Tbsp - Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup/200 Ml - Milk
- 1 Tsp - Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tsp - Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp - Baking Soda
Directions
- Take a mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon of powdered sugar, 90 gms of Curd and mix them properly. Add 1/4 cup of oil and 1/3 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Mix them throughly.
- Strain 1 cup of Maida and 1/4 cup of Milk powder with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Mix them to make smooth batter.
- Divide the batter in two bowls, add 2 tablespoon of coco powder in one bowl , 1 tablespoon of milk, mix them to make chocolaty and smooth batter
- Take Idli stand and add 1 tablespoon of vanilla batter into the molds then add 1 tablespoon of chocolate batter on top of it, and again pour 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla batter on the top.
- Using a toothpick make a design, as shown in the video.
- Place the molds in the pre heated Idli pot and let it bake for 15 mins on low flame
- After 15 mins check it by using a tooth pick. Demould the cakes and let them cool down
- And your beautifully designed and made cake are ready to serve. You can also wrap these cakes in Oddy Uniwraps food wraping paper and take them for lunch or on picnic, etc.
