Special Chocolate Khajur Pak

Ingredients

 

  • 1/3cup mix dry fruits & 1tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1tbsp pumpkin seeds & 1tbsp melon seeds
  • 1/2cup dates, 5nos figs & 1tbsp raisins
  • 1/2tbsp ghee & Oddy Ecobake
  • 100gm milk chocolate compound
  • 50gm dark chocolate compound

Directions

 

  • Dry roast all the nuts and seeds in a pan for a few minutes. Once cooled, grind them into a coarse powder in a mixer jar.
  • Grind dates, figs, and raisins in a mixer jar to a thick paste. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the khajur, or dates.
  • Once the raw smell is gone, add the nuts and seed powder to the date paste. Mix well. Switch off the stove.
  • Once the mixture attains room temperature, make the mixture into small balls.
  • Melt dark chocolate and milk chocolate in two bowls using the double boiler method.
  • Dip the khajur balls in the melted milk chocolate and place them on the Oddy Ecobake.
  • Freeze the balls for 15 to 20 minutes in a refrigerator. Chop the extra chocolate off the balls. Your kjahur chocolate balls are finished!
