Strawberry Cake Without an Oven

If you are looking for a recipe to make a quick and tasty cake, then this recipe gives you a clue to make a cake as quickly as possible. This is a strawberry cake made without fancy ingredients, and you can do it without an oven. The Ecobake cooking paper, which is reusable and eco-friendly, helps you to make a perfect and non-sticky cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Warm milk-1/2 cup+3 tbsp & Vinegar-1.5 tsp
  • Unflavoured oil-1/4 cup & Powdered sugar-1/2 cup+2 tbsp(100 g)
  • Strawberry essence-1 tsp & All-purpose flour (Maida)-150 g
  • Baking powder-1 tsp & Baking soda-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-2 pinches & Whipping cream-1 cup+3 tbsp (300 ml)
  • Pink gel food colour-few drops & Fresh strawberry or strawberry crush
  • Green food colour. & Silver sugar balls

Directions

 

  • Stir together the milk and vinegar in a mixing bowl and set aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add oil, powdered sugar, and strawberry essence to the bowl. Add all-purpose flour (Maida), baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a sieve and mix it thoroughly without lumps.
  • You can add milk if the batter is thick. Heat a deep-bottom vessel on the stove with a wire stand in it and cover it with a lid. Line a circular cake tin with Ecobake paper. Transfer the batter and tap it to remove air bubbles. On a low flame, bake the cake for 50 minutes.
  • If using an oven, bake for 35–40 minutes at 135 degrees. Check if the cake is cooked after 50 min. Now our cake sponge is ready. Let it cool. To make the frosting, whisk together a cup of chilled whipping cream and 1/2 teaspoon strawberry essence until stiff peaks form.
  • Take 2 spatulas of whipping cream into another bowl and mix in a few drops of pink food colouring and whip it. Unmould the cake once it is cool and place it on a cake board and cut it into 3 parts. Place a layer of cake on top and apply sugar syrup and pink whipping cream.
  • Repeat the process for 3 layers. Frost the cake with pink whipping cream made by adding strawberry crush to the whipping cream all over and scraping evenly. Decorate the top and bottom of the cake with a 1 m nozzle filled with white whipping cream into rosettes.
  • Decorate around the rosettes with a leaf nozzle or a piping bag cut into "v" at the end with green whipping cream. Using a star nozzle, decorate the cake with pink whipping cream. Sprinkle silver sugar balls all over the cake. And now our tasty, eggless, spongy, delicious strawberry cake is ready.
