Street Style Mini Paneer Tikka Samosa

Ingredients

 

  • Dough-
  • Refined flour-2 cup & Oil-50 ml
  • Salt- 1/2 tsp & Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Paneer tikka stuffing -
  • Paneer -200 gm & Red/yellow/green capsicum-1 small
  • Hung curd- 1/2 cup & Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Mustard oil-1 tbsp & Chat masala-1 tsp
  • kasoori methi-1 tsp & Salt- to taste
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp & Chili powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp & Green coriander

Directions

 

  • Prepare the dough by mixing maida, oil, salt, and carom seeds with water. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Dice the paneer and capsicum into cubes. Add oil to a bowl and add all the mentioned masalas, hung curd, and ginger-garlic paste without adding any water to it.
  • Give them a good mix by adding all the chopped veggies and paneer cubes. Transfer the paneer mixture to a pan and cook until the water disappears.
  • Take a small plate at the center of the pan with a piece of charcoal, a clove, and some oil or butter, as shown. Close the lid and let it cook for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Now in a baking tray, line with it Oddy Ecobake papers. It is easy and convenient to use for baking, cooking or steaming. So just before you pour in the batter, add 1/4 tsp eno powder and 1/4 tsp water and give a good mix to activate the eco.
  • After 45 seconds, your paneer tikka stuffing is ready. Cut the dough into small portions. Take a portion of the dough, flatten it, and cut it into two pieces.
  • Apply some water to the edges of a sheet, fill it with paneer stuffing, and seal it as shown. Fry the raw samosas in hot oil.
  • Your crispy and delicious samosas are ready. You can pack them in Oddy Uniwraps to keep them hot and fresh.
