Ingredients

 

  • Raw mango- 1 medium & Gram flour-1 cup
  • Salt-1/2 tsp & Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder-1/2 tsp & Mustard oil-1 tbsp
  • Asfoetida-1/2 tsp & Oddy Ecobake
  • Onion-2 medium & Tomato-3 medium
  • Ginger-2 inch & Garlic-10-12 cloves
  • Mustard oil-3 tbsp & Green coriander-a handful
  • Salt- to taste & Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1 tsp & Coriander powder-2 tsp
  • Chili powder-1 tsp & Whole red chili -3-4 soaked
  • Cumin-1 tsp & Garam masala-1/4 tsp

Directions

 

  • Wash and peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. Grind them into a smooth paste and strain the juice.
  • Add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mustard oil, & hinge to the mango juice and mix well.
  • Grind tomatoes, red chillies, ginger, and garlic in a mixer jar to make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions in it, and add the mentioned masalas to it.
  • Give them a good mix. Add the ground tomato paste to it and cook well. Add water to the masala and let it come to a boil.
  • Make a cone using Oddy Ecobake and drop the amiya sev into the sabzi as shown when it is hot. Let the sev cook well and add chaat masala to it. Your Amiya Sev Tamater is ready!
