The Famous Rajbhog Matka Malai Kulfi!

This recipe is about the West Bengal famous Rajbhog Matka Malai Kulfi. This recipe can be done without cream or milk powder, for just Rs.30! Covering the ingredients with Oddy Ecobake gives it more texture and consistensy. Use minimal ingredients to make this quick and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 5 Pieces almonds
  • 5 Pieces Cashew (Kaju)
  • 1/2 Tbsp corn flour
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 500 ml milk
  • Kesar

Directions

  • In a mixer, put 1/4 Cup sugar, 5 Pieces almonds, 5 Pieces cashew & 1/2 Tbsp corn flour and grind it well to make a fine powder.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl, and mix it well with 1/4 cup milk. Set the mixture aside.
  • Now, transfer 500 ml of milk into a pan, and boil it on medium flame.
  • After the milk is boiled well, add dry fruit milk and mix it well.
  • Reduce the boiling and add kesar to the mixture.
  • After the milk is condensed and comes to a thick consistency, add 1/2 tablespoon elaichi.
  • After milk reduces to half quantity, remove it from the stove and pour the mixture into clay glasses.
  • Add rasgullas and dry fruits to the mixture. (Optional)
  • Cover the glass with Oddy Ecobake paper, and refrigerate it for 8 hours.
  • Serve it cold straight from the refrigerator after 8 hours.
