Crispy Aloo Samosa with Wheat Flour

Ingredients

 

  • wheat flour - 1 cup & Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp, oil - 2 tsp + 1 tsp
  • water as needed & potatoes - 3
  • green chillies - 3 to 4 & Garlic cloves - 4 to 5 cloves
  • ginger - 1 inch, salt as needed & Hinge
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp & Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • jeera - 1 tsp, onion - 1 & ghee - 1 tbsp
  • maida - 3 tbsp & water & Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Prepare the dough by adding salt, ajwain, and oil to wheat flour and giving them a good mix. Add water gradually to prepare a thick dough, and let it rest for some time.
  • Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl and add green chillies, ginger, garlic cloves, jeera, red chilli flakes, chaat masala, and chopped onions to it. Give them a good mix, and your aloo stuffing is ready.
  • Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin. Apply a thick portion of aloo stuffing to the flattened dough. Roll it and cut it into small portions as shown.
  • Dip the samosas in maida slurry (maida + water) and fry them in oil. Your crispy, healthy samosas are ready. Pack them in Oddy Uniwraps to keep the fresh and crispy.
