About the Recipe

Ingredients
- Wheat flour (Atta) as required.
- Salt as required.
- 1 packet of chips of choice.
- Onion.
- Ghee
- Green chili and mint leaves.
- Chili powder.
- Garam/Chaat masala
- Oddy Uniwraps
Directions
- Mix the wheat flour with required salt and water. Make a soft dough.
- Roll the dough into usual rotis and apply ghee on it.
- Now crumble the chips into small pieces and add it to the roti along with other garnishing like onion, green chili, mint leaves, garam/chaat masala and chili powder.
- Fold the roti to cover the content properly.
- Keep pressing the dough to even out the content and roll it into round parathas.
- Put the parathas on a pan on stove and cook it with oil until it turns mild brown.
- Wrap the cooked parathas in Oddy Uniwraps to keep it fresh.
