Vanilla Chocochip Easy Cake Decoration

Ingredients

 

  • Vanilla chocochip cake sponge
  • 2 tsp sugar & 1/4th cup water.
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream & chocolate ganache
  • 4 spatulas whippping cream and 2-3 drops of blue gel color
  • orange, purple, blue, yellow turquoise and pink cream

Directions

 

  • Bake a regular vanilla chocochip cake sponge. Before baking, line it with Oddy Ecobake for easy removal and uniform base. Divide the cake into three layers for frosting.
  • Place the first layer and soak it with sugar syrup (2 tsp sugar with 1/4th cup water). Add a layer of chocolate cream as filing. To make chocolate cream, mix whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
  • Place the second layer and repeat the step. Complete the filing by placing the third layer and do the crumb coating. Do a plain white cream frosting. Do the sides and top evenly.
  • With a traingle shaper, make a circle like design on the top part of the cake. Take remaning colored creams like orange, purple, blue, yellow, turquoise, and pink.
  • Place the colors on a flat scrapers and move it across the sides of the cake till it forms a nice fainted shade and pattern uniformly. Take 4-5 stapula whipped cream, add 2-3 drops of blue gel color, mix well.
  • Transfer the blue cream in a piping bag with N15 nozzle. Make a base of blue cream, place a small ball of yellow and make flower like petals across the yellow.
  • Make 4 flowers and then place them in the centre of the cake. Give it a tilted and outward look. Make the border with orange cream with star shaped nozzle. Do the border with green cream. Cake is ready.
