Ingredients
- Oddy Uniwraps
- Chapathi/Parantha: 2 cups wheat flour,1/2 cup all-purpose flour,3/4 spoon salt,1 spoon, oil
- Ingredients required for filling (Aloo Gobi): Cauliflower 650 gms
- Boiled Potato 2
- Tomato 1
- Onion 2
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Kasturi Methi 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Salt as required
- Sugar (optional)
- Oil
- Ghee
Directions
- In a dish add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt and oil, mix well. Add water gradually and make a smooth dough. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
- Blanch the cauliflower in a vessel adding water and salt. Remove from heat and strain it. In a pan add oil or ghee, cumin seeds, onion, green chilies and the cooked cauliflower. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 mins.
- Add boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, close the lid and cook for 2 mins. Transfer in a pan, add oil in the same kadai and add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, kasuri methi, garam masala, close the lid and cook for 2 mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste, mix well and water and bring to a boil. Add the cooked cauliflower, mix and cover with a lid. Cook for 2 mins.
- Add coriander leaves. Shae the dough into small rounds. Make paratha with layers. Cook the paratha on both sides by applying ghee.

- Take the paratha and apply ketchup, spread it nicely. Add the mixture on the middle, add sliced onions, lime juice and roll the paratha. Keep in Oddy Uniwraps and roll it firm and tight. Pack in tiffin for kids or serve hot with sauce and chutney.
