Yummy Chocolate Chip Muffins With Whole Wheat Flour

These hearty and healthy chocolate chip muffins are made with whole wheat flour, honey, and chocolate chips. Chocolate chip muffins can be made for breakfast or any time of the day as a snack. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cupcakes without any greasing, and these cooking papers can be reused for 5 to 6 times.

Ingredients

 

  • Egg - 1
  • Oil or Melted butter - ¼ cup 60 ml
  • Honey or Maple Syrup - ⅓ cup 80 ml
  • Milk - ½ cup 120 ml & Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup 120 grams
  • Baking Powder - 1 ¼ tsp & Salt a pinch
  • Chocolate Chips - ½ cup + more as needed

Directions

 

  • Set the oven's temperature to 180 C. Ecobake cooking paper is used to line a muffin pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, vanilla, milk, and honey.
  • Add the baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips to the wheat flour. Gently fold.
  • Scoop it into the prepared muffin tin, sprinkle with additional chocolate chips, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy the cup cakes while they are still warm by removing the Ecobake cooking paper.
