Aloo Capsicum Fry

About the Recipe

This is a simple yet delicious potato stir-fry with capsicum and spice powders. This is a super simple recipe that can be served either with tomato baath or with chapati. You can pack it for your lunch box when served with chapati packed in Oddy Uniwraps Brown, which are heat-resistant, non-stick, and grease-locking and help to keep the food fresh and warm for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1/2 tbsp, Jeera - 1/2 tbsp, Boiled Potato - 2
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup, Chilli powder, Cumin powder
  • Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Fennel powder
  • Salt- to taste, Water - 1/2 tbsp, Kasuri methi powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oddy Uniwraps Brown

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan, let cumin splutter, add boiled and cut potato cubes to it, and fry until they turn light brown.
  • Now add chopped capsicum to it and stir well. Then add all the spice powders to it and mix well.
  • Then add salt to it and stir well on a low flame. Add a little water and crushed Kasuri methi to it, stir well, and cook.
  • Heat chapati greased with a spoonful of ghee and pack the chapati in Oddy Uniwraps Brown. Serve it with aloo-capsicum fry. The Aloo-capsicum fry also tastes good with tomato baath.
