Aloo Sooji Paratha

About the Recipe

Whole wheat flour is ground to make sooji. Many Indian cuisines call for the batter ingredient semolina, or sooji. It is low in fat and high in protein. It can be used to prepare a variety of foods, including sweets and savoury dishes, as well as mouth-watering dinner recipes. Sooji and mashed, boiling potatoes are combined with spice powders to make the aloo sooji paratha. By pressing it between Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles, which are reusable, effective, and non-sticky, it may be quickly turned into parathas.
