Bored of the same chocolate cakes and fruit cakes you get in the bakery near you, or you love to innovate in your kitchen and try out new baking and decoration ideas. Here’s a new, unique and simple trick you can try at home to decorate your next home backed cake.

Ingredients

 

  • Baked cake
  • Whipped cream
  • Leaf Green Food Color
  • Red gel food color
  • Yellow gel food color
  • Blue gel food color

Directions

 

  • Prepare your favorite cake in a cake tin using Oddy Ecobake Cooking and baking paper
  • Divide the cake into 3 parts and crumb coat with white whipped cream to the cake
  • Prepare green color cream using Leaf green food color and give another coat to the cake with green cream
  • Set the cream properly and do the proper frosting
  • Take a cake comb and draw stokes on top of the cake and keep the cake in the fridge
  • Take the Oddy Ecobake Cooking paper and cut them into small squares
  • Prepare red color whipped cream and transfer the cream to 125 no. nozzle piping bag
  • Now, take one square of Ecobake cooking paper, and on that draw a leaf shape with red cream
  • On the other piping bag pour yellow cream and draw a small line on the center of the leaf
  • Take the skewer and place it on the middle of the leaf drawn
  • Similarly, draw the leaf with white and yellow cream and also with blue and yellow cream
  • Keep the flowers in the fridge for 1 to 1.5 hours
  • Now take one flower and remove the paper from it and Place them one by one on top of the cake as you want
  • Draw a straight line with a green cream below each flower.
  • Now Draw a border on the top and bottom of the cake with white cream using noor nozzle no. 13 and you are good to go
