Bento Cake with Rose Peda

About the Recipe

Try this amazing bento cake made with rose burfi or peda. This can be tried with any Indian sweet. Here, we have used bread slices as the base for the bento cake. Ecobake helps you place your bento cake in the bento box conveniently.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup water, sugar – 1 tbsp, Crushed rose burfi for sugar syrup
  • Bread slices – 3 & Chilled whipping cream - 1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color, Rose burfi & Bento chocolate
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Prepare rabdi by mixing sugar and crushed rose burfi with water. Take three bread slices and cut them into circles using a round-shaped katori. Place a slice on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream.
  • Repeat the same procedure for the second and third bread slices. Frost the cake completely with whipped cream and level it using a card and spatula. Add yellow food color to the remaining whipped cream and fill it in a piping bag.
  • Make flowers with yellow cream using the N-13 nozzle on the cake. Decorate the center of the cake with rose peda traingles. Make a drop design at the bottom of the cake and garnish it with rose peda triangles. Place a pinata of chocolate at the center of the cake. Carefully place your cake to a bento bix lined with Oddy Ecobake
